Pearlene Nolan – Conference Host & Founder of HJM
Pearlene Nolan, from Snyder, Texas, was raised on a small West Texas farm by Godly parents. At age 12 she ‘walked’ the aisle, was water baptized, and felt the call to be a missionary. However, her denomination at the time neither recognized women in any form of ministry or taught about the Holy Spirit. After going through a period of troubled years, without hope and without power, at the age of 26 she bowed her knee to the lordship and saving power of Jesus. Gloriously Holy Spirit baptized, her life took on a totally different dimension. Signs, wonders, healing and miracles have followed for years, characterized by a strong apostolic-prophetic anointing.
In 1998, Pearlene incorporated, as a non-profit organization, her very diverse ministry with the name of ‘His Joy Ministries, Inc.’ The foundation of this ministry is the Word, worship, prayer, and seeing His joy freely given. Scores have been born again and filled with the Holy Spirit. Countless healings have also manifested during 25 years of prison and jail ministry, conferences, and outreaches.

Chris Wolfe
Chris Wolfe is the founder of Remnant Church in Farmersville, Texas, and host of the global broadcast ministry Reaching the Nations, reaching audiences across television, podcast platforms, and online services worldwide. He leads an apostolic ministry focused on global evangelism, local church planting, and equipping believers.
His mandate is simple and uncompromising: Reaching the Nations. Equipping the Saints. Establishing the Kingdom. Through international crusades and mass healing services, thousands have been saved, healed, and delivered by the power of God.
His style is bold, direct, and action-oriented — built to move people from emotion into obedience: daily Scripture, audible faith confessions, fasting, and a life postured for the miraculous. It’s not a soft word for the passive believer. It’s a charge for those ready to walk in supernatural authority.
At the heart of it all is a calling to equip the saints for the work of the ministry — activating believers in their God-given gifts and establishing the Kingdom of God in every place the Gospel is preached.
Mandy Pena
Mandy is the senior pastor of Snyder First Assembly. She is a woman of many talents, a worship leader, and a wonderful musician. She is also the mother of 5 beautiful children!
Debbie Kirkham
Debbie Kirkham is from Hamilton, Texas. She has accompanied Pearlene on over 12 trips to Uganda, and she is a wonderful minister of the Word!
Andrew Malmsten
Andrew Malmsten is founder of Walking by Faith, a ministry focused on discipling men to have a solid biblical foundation and a step up in life. Andrew is the lead pastor at His Joy Ministries’, and he brings the Word with passion. Andrew and, his wife, Vanessa have four children!
